Winston & Strawn presented an eLunch titled "e-Discovery Series: Rule 26(f) Meet and Confer Strategies" on Wednesday, March 10.

The speakers for this program were Karen Quirk and John Rosenthal, who provided strategies for conducting Rule 26(f) conferences in order to reduce the risks from and cost of e-discovery. The discussion included:  

• Preparing for the Rule 26(f)
• Setting ground rules for the meet and confer
• Topics to be covered during the conference
• Notable local rules discussing meet and confer obligations
• Recent case law discussing the need for cooperation
