Winston & Strawn established a Shanghai office to serve the growing needs of our U.S.-based and international clients. The Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China issued Winston's Shanghai license in October 2009.

Our Shanghai team works closely with our other Asian offices in Hong Kong and Beijing to represent U.S., European and Asian companies conducting business in China and the greater Asia-Pacific region.
