Winston & Strawn also understands the importance of open communication.  Our intranet, named "SilasNet" after one of our founders, provides a firm-wide system for internal communications and knowledge sharing.  We also produce several periodic internal publications.  One such newsletter provides a forum on recent client matters and professional activities and achievements involving our attorneys and staff.

In addition, the firm sponsors various extracurricular activities, including several sports teams and annual holiday and summer events.

Although each Winston & Strawn office is organized in a slightly different manner, the firm maintains a standard reporting structure as follows:  Directors; Senior Managers; Managers; Supervisors; and Staff.  Each departmental director reports to the firm's administrative partner, who in turn reports to the firm's Executive Committee.  The Executive Committee is composed of 27 of the firm's senior partners.
