Work/Life Program
Winston & Strawn's Work/Life Program offers help in managing work and care giving responsibilities. This confidential service is designed to save time, energy, and worry by offering quick and easy access to child care and elder care experts, educational material, and customized referrals that meet individualized needs.
Backup Child Care
The backup child care program provides a resource to parents with infants and school-aged children (three months to 12 years) when regular day care is unavailable. This benefit is intended for short-term emergency use only.
Employee Assistance Program
Winston & Strawn provides a confidential assistance program which is available for employees and their covered dependents. This service allows employees to discuss personal or work-related difficulties with a professional counselor or social worker. Counseling is conducted at an off-site location to ensure privacy.
